Christopher W. Greer Joins Rutberg & Company as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, September 21, 2005 - Rutberg & Company, LLC, a research-centric investment bank focused on the wireless and digital media sectors, announced today that Christopher W. Greer has joined the firm's investment banking department as a Partner and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to joining Rutberg & Company, Mr. Greer was a co-founder and co-Head of M&A at the Perseus Group. Prior to the Perseus Group, Mr. Greer was Head of Technology and Services M&A at Robertson Stephens. During his professional career, Mr. Greer has executed and consummated more than 300 transactions for and on behalf of clients representing collective aggregate transaction value in excess of $200 billion.
