Future:Mobile 2009, featuring the GSMA Mobile Innovation Grand Prix - Americas Tournament, is a one-day, invitation-only forum that catalyzes information exchange and deal making between private companies, public companies, investors, and service providers in the wireless industry. Attendance is limited to 200 senior executives, who are responsible for innovation assessment and adoption, strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions within their organizations. This constituency of decision-makers, plus analysis-based content produced by Rutberg & Company's research team, creates a unique and valuable platform for executives to examine growth and opportunity in wireless, and for doing real business.

Future:Mobile 2009 also features the GSMA Mobile Innovation Grand Prix - Americas Tournament, where ten of the most promising early stage private companies in mobile from the Americas and around the world will present their business plans on stage to a panel of judges. Two finalists from the Tournament will win trips to the 2010 GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next February to compete in the Global Mobile Awards - Mobile Innovation Grand Prix Championship.

The Americas Tournament Call for entries has closed. The Americas Tournament Innovator Nominees are: CallSpark!, DeviceAnywhere, GetJar, InfoGin, iSkoot, Paratek Microwave, Inc., SunCore Corporation, Tecore Networks, Ubidyne, WellDoc.
