Julie Seidel is Vice President, Business Development in the Media Group at Rutberg & Company. Prior to joining Rutberg, Ms. Seidel managed corporate business development at IDG, the world's largest information technology provider. There, she focused on key technology accounts, including Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Sun and Symantec, with the goal of helping successfully shape and execute global B2B marketing and communications outreach at each company.
Previously, Ms. Seidel was a Sales Director at Ziff Davis, where she helped launch the multi-platform brands CIO Insight and Baseline, as well as the information services group BIS. Before joining Ziff Davis, Ms. Seidel was a Sales Director at iVillage, where she was responsible for building the technology client category and opportunities to support that industry's online and offline goals. Prior to iVillage, Ms. Seidel held management positions at CMP Media, American Lawyer Media, and Time Warner.
