Laura Bartholomew is Vice President of Conferences for Rutberg & Company's Media Group, where she has primary responsibility for day-to-day operations and oversees all aspects of event marketing, production, and fulfillment. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bartholomew was a freelance producer managing various executive conference and event productions for Google, PeopleSoft (Oracle), Brocade, Cognos, and AlwaysOn.
Prior to her freelance work, Ms. Bartholomew was Group Events Director of Red Herring Events, a division of Red Herring Communications. As Group Events Director, Ms. Bartholomew managed the operations for all Red Herring conferences, including NDA, the Venture and Venture Market conference series, Herring on Hollywood, and several other regional and international events.
Ms. Bartholomew began her career in public relations at Levi Strauss. She received a B.A. in English Literature from San Jose State University.
