Benjamin Marks Benjamin Marks is an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Rutberg & Company, where he is responsible for supporting M&A and private equity transactions for wireless and digital media related companies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marks worked as a Finance Analyst in the Global Banking Finance and Strategy Group at Citi where he directly supported the Chief Financial Officer as well as senior management in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Marks graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with concentrations in finance and accounting.
