Bryan Rutberg is Chief Executive Officer of Rutberg & Company.

Prior to founding Rutberg & Company, Mr. Rutberg was Executive Director and head of domestic Internet investment banking at UBS Warburg. Prior to UBS Warburg, Mr. Rutberg was a Vice President at Montgomery Securities in its technology investment banking group.

Mr. Rutberg received a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Literary Theory from the University of Pennsylvania.
