Kelemen Papp
Vice President, Investment Banking

Kelemen Papp is a Vice President in the Investment Banking group at Rutberg & Company, where he focuses on executing M&A and private equity transactions for wireless and digital media companies. Mr. Papp has worked on a number of completed strategic advisory and capital raising transactions both on a domestic and cross-border basis.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Papp worked for Curian Capital, where he was responsible for managing the development of new products and services. Mr. Papp assisted with the initial commercial launch of Curian Capital.

Mr. Papp also previously worked in the Market Operations group at the NASD. Mr. Papp's team was responsible for initiatives to facilitate the spinout of the NASDAQ, including the development and launch of the Alternative Display Facility (ADF).

Mr. Papp received an MBA in Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BBA in Information Technology from the College of William & Mary.
